Alma is the middle name of the founder of Alma K, Amy Alma Kafri. Amy has chosen the name Alma for her company because of its different meanings: in Spanish (soul), in Hebrew (young woman) and in Latin (kind, nourishing).

Alma K was founded in 2010.

In these last 11 years, Alma K products have been distributed by local resellers in several countries all over Europe, in the Far East and EAU.

From November 2021, Alma K has decided to also sell its products online, to direct customers, so to get even closer to the people her products are created for.

Yes, Alma K’s products are all Paraben-free.

Some products do contain ingredients like Almond Oil and similar, but at very small quantities. We do advise however to check each product individually, and of course always to consult with your medical physician for a final and professional answer. The respective ingredients are fully listed on each product page.

Alma K does not usually use animal-derived ingredients, therefore most of our products are 100% vegan.
There are only 2-3 products that contain beeswax, such as the Lip Balm and similar.

Nevertheless, we always advise our Vegan customers, to read the full ingredients list on the respective product page for further information, and for their own peace of mind.

Alma K’s products are definitely NOT tested on animals!

Any “cream-based” product needs to contain a preservative to be safe, however Alma K strictly uses preservatives that have been fully approved, and at the same time can guarantee to maintain the highest quality of products and ingredients.

Alma K products have a shelf-life of at least 36 months.

Our products have a Period After Opening that varies between 6 to 24 months depending on the product.

You can easily know what the PAO for each product is, by looking for the jar + M icon on the back of each product. The number on the jar is the maximum number of months the product could be used AFTER opening. Simple, right? 🙂

Yes, of course. Your own private details are always accessible to you in your Alma K Zone. Just login and choose which part of your details you wish to change or correct. The only part you will not be able to change is your email address, this is the detail that helps us recognize you from any other Alma K customer who registers on our website.

The shipping costs on orders to Italy are free with any order above 59 Euros. Should your order be smaller than 59 Euro, the shipping fees will be of 7.90 Euros.

The shipping costs on orders to the rest of the countries in Europe, to which Alma K ships, are free with any order above 59 Euros. Should your order be smaller than 59 Euro, the shipping fees will be of 11.9 Euros.

At present, we offer a gift-wrapping option only during the holiday season.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day, and it should arrive to you within 5-7 working days, however often delivery time it is much shorter.

Yes, of course you can insert any alternative delivery address in your order details, we shall be very happy to deliver your gift for you.

 

Definitely. We have taken every precaution to secure your payment and personal details so to keep them safe and secure using a SSL safe platform.

All you need to do is to open an online account as an Alma K customer, add the products you wish to buy to your cart and proceed to checkout. The procedure is very user-friendly, however should you have any question, we will be happy to assist you at [email protected].

Once you have registered to Alma K’s webshop, you will be able to enter your own Alma K area where you will be able to see all your orders and their status, including the tracking number to follow its way to the given address.

At present you can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.

During checkout you will be asked to enter your coupon/discount code in the appropriate field. You will see the discounted amount deducted from your final order total.

Yes, sure. You can visit our Gift Card page. Here you can choose the amount you wish to give as a present and we will send the recipient of your gift an email with a code that they can use for their next orders. The amount is also partly deductible, and the code can be used until the amount has been completely used.
