Customers can order on www.alma-k.com online from any country in the EU and enjoy from low shipping fees and fast delivery times.
1. What are the shipping costs?
For Italy: the shipping costs are free with any order above 49 Euros. Should your order be smaller than 59 Euro, the shipping fees will be 6.90 Euros.
For the rest of the EU: the shipping costs are free with any order above 59 Euros. Should your order be smaller than 59 Euro, the shipping fees will be 10 Euros.
2. How long does the delivery take to arrive?
Italy: your order will be dispatched within 1 working day, and it should arrive to you within 2-3 working days, however often delivery time it is shorter.
Rest of EU: your order will be dispatched within 1 working day, and it should arrive to you within 5-7 working days, however often delivery time it is shorter.
3. How can I track my order?
Once you have registered to Alma K’s Webshop, you will be able to enter your own Alma K Area where you will be able to see all your orders and their status, including the tracking number to follow its way to the given address.
RETURN & REFUNDS
To return a damaged product, contact us within 7 days from the day of the receipt of the package via email at [email protected]. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to provide you all the necessary information on how to proceed in regards and will find the best solution for you.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days from the day of the receipt of the package via email at [email protected] and tell us which were the products that were accidentally been swapped. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to inform you how to return the wrong product and receive the correct one instead in the shortest time possible.
If you have not received your parcel within the usual maximum delivery period of 7 days, and you have not heard from the courier company, please contact us immediately (and not later than 21 days from the order date), so that we could check its status for you.

Should the parcel have really gone lost, we shall immediately send you a replacement parcel with exactly the same products you originally purchased (pending availability).
Not suitable product
If you have received your parcel but have noticed or realized that one or all the purchased products are not suitable for you, you will be able to return products up to 30 days from the date of their purchase.
